High Shoulder / Water Table Removal

 

	To ensure the roading network is safe and functional for all users, it is vital the road shoulders are kept clear and maintained. We utilise a tractor and scoop, removing excess soil and vegetation as required to stop water pooling on the road surface, with a rear mounted broom following the scoop to remove all soil and debris from the road surface.

Again it is important that road users are aware of vehicles working on the road, therefore when we undertake high shoulder or water table removal work, we utilise temporary traffic management methods, placing static signs at each end of the work area to ensure road users are pre-warned that work is being undertaken in the area they are about to travel into.
